Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
You have 14 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify Songs of Ink and Steel if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. Items that are to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Personalised items
- Bespoke or custom items
- Made to Measure items
- Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging. If there is any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods, it is your responsibility to let me know within 3 days of receipt. (All goods are sent using a tracked service, so if someone is signing for the goods on your behalf, please remember that this policy will still apply).
Any faulty/damaged items must be reported including photographic evidence and either a full refund or an exchange will be provided upon return. I do not accept any responsibility for items not received by me so please use a tracked service. If there is an error with the item or the spelling made by us we will exchange it for you after receiving photos of the error.
